REFUND POLICY


At Olcott MD Facial Plastic Surgery we work with each patient to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. 

We offer individual treatment as well as packaged options so each patient may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget. 

Once services are rendered they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our patients always receive the greatest experience at Olcott MD Facial Plastic Surgery, unused service balance can be applied to any other services. 

For skin care products, patients may request a refund check for products returned due to allergy, defective or product damaged in shipment within 14 days of purchase. If dissatisfied with product performance we will allow a product exchange within 14 days of purchase. 

All injectable treatment sales, including but not limited to: Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, Juvederm®, Radiesse®, Restylane®, Kybella®, Belotero®, and Sculptra® are final sales. 

Refunds or credit cannot be offered once any injectable treatment is completed.
